Unless they have their pics and vids under restriction, you can use them. At the same time, if they ask you to take them down you must

Yeah thanks for the news , i know how ifriends work. They paid my house , 2 car and pay all my bills for years.

Samantha is a case appart. Even if you get autorisation from her and stacy , she will complaint a few weeks later to their legal dept for copyright shit.

I've had the same experience with that chathost, not a smart move...

you have one other model/chathost on that page that frequently sends out 'hate email' to have pics removed...

It is these chathosts that you are free to use in clickcash.

It's easy to identify which chathosts you are free to use in Clickcash. On the very bottom of nearly every chathost-specific page on iFriends (especially pages showing images, graphics and movies of the host), look for the message, "This Content is Clickcash Compliant". (See below for example; click to enlarge).

I'll save you an email. The chat host have to indicate that they are "ClickCash-Compliant" which is located on the bottom of their fan club page. Only 2 of the 6 chat host you are using are compliant.

Here's the problem. Someone gives you their clickcash code and you set up a page for them. The chathost sees the pages and the that persons ClickCash account and tell ClickCash Account "xxxx" is using my pics on page "xxx". ClickCash looks for Account xxx's email and sends him an email to take the pics down. But he can't because he has no access to the page. HE tries to contact you. If you are not around then ClickCash will close his account down for non compliance.

Nice idea but you really should take the 10 minutes to learn about the program beforing you start marketing it.
