Payout vs . conversion
Don't forget how well you convert with their program too. You can get paid $100 a signup but if you send them 1,000 hits to get one signup then you are not doing as well as making $40 a signup and converting 1:250.
I average about $55 a signup across the board with clickcash. It's not hard to pump up your average, they start you out at $40 but thats for only the first 10 signups, once you past 50 signups, you making $50 per a signup. If you do 100 signups a week, then you made $47 a signup average.
The "Tiered" payout is great, gives you a little extra incentive then if you were getting a flat rate and it is nice to reward the people who work harder and do better by paying them more. It is also nice to have consistancy with the pay rate staying the same, unlike other companies that want to pay you double every secound tuesday in the months that start with the letter "M"... i mean come on ? whats up with that shit ?
