I haven't had a major problem with them for over 4 years. Problems do arise; this is a technical profession and situations like this happen.
Not only do they (ccbill) always hop right in with help and answers on this board, but they are the only real processor left. My suggestion to you is to hold your pessimism to yourself until they actually drop the ball.
