Not sure if you're joking or serious, but in case you don't know, Domains by Proxy is a service provided by a company that keeps the identity of domain owners private unless subpoenaed. It's something like $15/year/name. Lots of scammers, and some legit people, use the service for privacy reasons. If it was just a parody then google may accept it... but it's a parody that makes money. If you want your site on there you need to have an affiliate program, or a link back to them.
Have they really TM'd "booble"?

Possibly, But there is a difference. The music was always redone and the lyrics were all different. Web design and layout intellectual property rights still exist. If weird all used the exact same lyrics or the orginal music tracks he would be in trouble. I'm not a lawer so I don't know... personally I wouldnt design such a "parody" unless I wanted to spend a lot of time having to deal with legal bullshit in the near future.
