Actually I believe the point is that they are happy doing the things that make them fat and they don't feel like making themselves UNHAPPY just to be thin
If I could eat whatever I wanted and be thin, sure - that would be great
But I can't. So I make a choice to be fat and I'm happy with it
If you're not happy, then do something about it. Being miserable about anything isn't a way to live
