I'm starting to think Giga is picking up too much heat for this. Thier rep up to now has been spotless, xbiz has done some good things, I mean damn man so someone there fucked up a party. Shit happens. I'm sure they're not happy about it either.
I understand why you're upset about what happened, but have you talked to them to see if they were willing to compensate you in some way before you took it to the board?
