prohosters? heh are they pros? look at their name. i think they should get a new name. cause thats not what they are.
a friend bought hosting it took them over a week to even respond to her, she went on the irc support, they didnt even have a clue what was going on, although they do run freebsd, i will give them that. i think more customers leave then stay.
maybe going to be the next likewoah?

sarah, i'm a little shocked to hear you host there... i still love you, but damn!
i don't support any kind of abuse, but also - i won't put money in the pocket of someone who thinks that their abuse is entertainment and would video and post themselves doing something violent and in most states illegal. i also didn't promote the bum sites.
my partner had an account and it was a disaster. at one point, there was NO support, no billing, everything was fucked because (it later said on the site) someone had a relative who died. who remembers that? i sure do - if you have more than one person working at a company, although i'm sorry someone died, why should that affect support?Got Gay and For Women Traffic?

Most of my sites aren't there but the ones that are I need moved. The new host is a friend and worth waiting for him to sort out his new server but I am not impressed by people fighting on a board and of course everything else. However,when the whole cat deal happened I wasn't in a position to go without hosting..a lot happens in a person's situation in a year.
