I was actually thinkin' about getting a server there... But if they can't work such a simple problem out and pay you your money back - then I'm not sure I dare to try them!... They should be happy to help you...

candidhosting support is slow IF you use email.
call them - call your rep. if you don't know who that is, call and ask for mark. he has been helping me since we moved to candid. otherwise phone support - they'll take care of most things instantly. also find out the name of your server admin 'cause THAT is the person who will fix the bigger problems.
it has taken candid under a day to add our domains. i'm not trying to say anyone here is wrong - i no longer email support first since things would drag on and on and on.
ANY hosting company can have problems - we had extreme and devestating problems with one hosting company - problems that cost me money to this day! and yet everyone recommends that company even in this thread.
