                Sorry, if I found someone cheating me it would not be an accusation, it would be fact. And in this scenario, with the nature of the business being what it is, it is not in the best interest of spotbrokers to disclose their findings. If Kimmy and Backov say they have solid proof, that's the way it is, their word is definitely good enough for me. If it was somebody that I don't know and never had any dealings with ever, yes I would have to wonder about it. But that's just not the case here.

                        You said Spotbrokers kept the money the cheaters were owed. That's incorrect. They issued credits to everyone who had a balance in their account during the time the cheaters were active.

                        If my assumptions are correct, they probably issued more than $6K worth of credits.

                                This occurs in a lot of injury type cases as well.

                                The company knows they will have to pay something eventually, but they drag it out long enough so a settlement for much less becomes possibly your best option.

                                If I was accused of cheating and a company kept my payment, I would have to balance out the costs vs the gain of winning a lawsuit.

                                It's a big gamble.

                                Most people if it required alot of travel would just not do it.

                                                        This is not about whether or not they actually have proof, which I would think in their mind they would.

                                                        I don't see someone like spotbrokers just accusing someone for the fun of it.

                                                        What if that proof is not enough to hold up in a court of law?

                                                        We'll never find out unless they decide to sue SB, because as it stands right now courts been held, the jury found them guilty and the judge meted out the sentence.

                                                                    We build the gallery templates ourselves or we hire designers when we need some extras.

                                                                    These are not sponsor hosted galleries that we offer..they are OURS.

                                                                    We purchase the content, host the galleries which are updated daily.

                                                                    The only people who post them are the TGP's. We do not allow anyone to submit them. And then we split the traffic.

                                                                    Pretty simple if you ask me.

                                                                    Why should people use our galleries?

                                                                    Because they are not overexposed sponsor hosted galleries.

                                                                    We have carved out a small niche in the business where a tgp owner can benefit if they don't have the time to fill up their tgp's with their own galleries.

                                                                    They can mix in ours, the sponsors and trusted submitters.

                                                                                                                                                                                        Court cases are not going to be held in one day.

                                                                                                                                                                                        There will be discovery motions, there will be depositions etc long before they even get inside a court room.

                                                                                                                                                                                        The man trips for the many different hearings could alone bankrupt a small webmaster just in travel expenses.

                                                                                                                                                                                        Which is why I suggested that anyone in this case just chalk it up as a loss and move on.
