who are the really high caliber programmers in this business? It's weird, everybody knows plenty of great graphic designers but the programmers remain mostly a secret. People don't like to let out their secrets, and programmers being the quiet types don't promote themselves the way designers do.

Actually, it's not that. The problem is that as a programmer that knows about this biz, if you say two words you're fully booked for months. Demand is too high to keep up with, so there really isn't much need to promote yourself.
Besides that, you ofcourse always have programs you're working on yourself, and those take time, unfortunately.

Whats your ICQ # ? I don't remember why I wouldn't have purchased it yet unless I was looking for a better solution. Normally, I like to install my own scripts. I don't like anyone else on the server but me. I prefer something I know I can customize too, which rules out anything that requires a Zend decoder.

Yes the CMS is my own....the reason I don´t promote it is simple.
I´m not in the software selling business. If somebody is really
interested I wouldn´t mind selling it. But remember I don´t have
time to code feature X,Y,Z for you.

So unless you know what you are doing your probably better
off to hire a guy that is available for work whenever you need
him.

Coming to that part....a few coders that I can recommend.

he is right so far its the most powerful CMS i have found.. waiting for them to finish integrating it once that is finished I am sure it will kick ass.. I just thumbnailed 999 pictures last night in less than 3 mins automaticly it also added my URL to every image

Great software from what I can see so far just want it integrated into my layout and life will be good

thanks nick for great software at a great price. had a few problems getting it running and I had to bug tech support for hel on a few problems most of them were user error on my part i.e directory permissions or something of that nature tho..
