I did trust me still looking for better opportunities, some guys offer very low like 10$-20$ a day, I started working with a guy who paid 500$ monthly I worked all day like 10 hours and he called me in the middle of the night to ask me why im I sleeping I quitted the next day and the other guy was gambling my earnings now im waiting to see if I will get paid or not, thank you. i know from decades in the biz it is really hard to find good help. most site owners are weary of hiring people because it almost never works out. hire 20 people and you might get one who is loyal and hard working.

keep looking and bumping your thread. it might not hurt to do some projects on your own for experience and a portfolio. make a shitty affiliate site and bring it to 10k visitors a day. you'll get hired anywhere.

lol, but I did help a few people make a lot of money. I only did affiliate marketing to make money when I needed it with paysites, then I stayed in the industry too long I think. I'm glad I got out, like by a lot. I work right down the street in a lab, just got promoted, make more money than any company here has ever paid me, low stress, free food, I don't work with any idiots, and they always pay me. You can have this industry and I might tell people industry secrets just for fun.
$700,000ish on paysite blogs for my cut since I started isn't bad, though, way better than most noobs on here.
But, one big piece of advice that I can give someone looking for work is don't take a job that pays less than what you need to live off of just because you need the job. You'll run out of money and then still be stuck finishing it..

But yeah, motivation is important. I work full time now, but I like it and for the first time ever I enjoy going to work. I'm a lab technician trainer now and on my way to management. I can even work 2 extra hours per week and make an extra $700/month if I want to.
I had almost 0 motivation or interest with web development, that isn't even my main programming background, robotics/CAD and C#/Python is.
