Yeah I know, and it's the user accounts' fault. The tubes didn't care about UGC at all, they needed a way to play the DMCA game to meet unrealistic traffic/video views/video count requirements from the big guys for $500/month and if the manager at the time met those requirements, he might be hired again for the next month... That's all public and buried on here somewhere, too.
