One could just as easily say, where on the website does it say the girl in the photo is NOT the girl you are talking to? I personally have zero problem and wouldn't give you a negative review, but some people would consider it misleading the way the girls are presented... just a matter of opinion. Unfortunately some people publish their opinions as reviews... why not reach out to him and just ask him directly what about your site bothered him and if there's anything you could do to get him to reconsider. I'm serious. If you can manage to get him to flip his review into a positive one it might give you some business.
