I was in London this week, some dude completely out of his mind started screaming and kicking random cars that were driving by. When he turned to our car my Uber driver did a u-turn and sped off.
Crazy guy was a white guy btw...
And yes, London is dirty, wouldn't harm to collect trash more often - like in other civilized countries.
Had a good time in Brixton & Camden though...
