We are selling one of our larger site. Reason for the sale is because my partner wishes to steer away from adult sites for personal reasons.
It is PR3 and is a recognized and much appreciated website by SE from long time and that is popular among members to whom we have sold plugs, banner space and other links on countless occasions. The script that drives the site is a modified arcade script that is extremely easy to manage.
It gets average 185500 Unique Visitors per Month. It is very much search engine friendly video site and it has stable rank on first spot for a lot of competitive keywords from very long time, more then 50% traffic from SE. 44% traffic is from USA. It gets organic visitors and because of that it do very well.
We update the site on a daily basis with 3-4 new videos obtained from our affiliates. The process is painless and does not consume any more than 20 minutes a day.

8GB fully buffered ram
2x 250gb sata
10mbps of cogent

On average it earns $700-$900 / month. Our revenue sources are detailed as follows:
Datinggold: We average $150 month – sometimes more, depending on what programs are on offer from them.
Zangocash: We’ve used Zango for a while and the average is $150 – there is a recent drop in their program because we have minimized their program on our site as we started selling direct ad spaces.
Clickcash: This is a webcam affiliate that pays $40 commission on free signups – We have done well with them Averaging $80 / month for a long time.
Adultadworld: When we placed popunder it was making $2-4$ per day - We average no less than $150 / month
Link sales: We sell a lot of links, plugs and banners here on DP and on GFY. We average no less than $250 on link sales and sometimes even more.
