Let us know how it goes so we know if he is legit or not. There are also some black hat guys that could likely just ddos the site for a nominal fee... they are lurking as well.

Nobody I know has hired them, I was suggesting you be the first and let us all know.

If you are lucky someone who knows how to take down a site will take sympathy with your situation and help you out... that is your option b.

Option C would be to contact the host direct, yourself. I didn't do a whois but many hosts will recognize the theft and take action accordingly. Some won't which is why other methods are more effective... option a or b.

Dig into their site and see who they are working with. If they have billing providers or sponsors, email them and let them know. Billers like CCBill for example will look at the situation closely and cancel their account if they see you've been ripped off.

You can also go to the hosting provider and file a DMCA.

I have sent a complain to the e-mail I found when checking whois.
They have added a pop under for a camsite.. I think they want to make money out of my potential traffic. I noticed my alexa ranking has been going down in the past weeks... like dramatically.. I think google has considered me as spam...unless someone has done it to hurt my site, but it is unlikely.

but think you have some hole in wp, otherwise not sure if copy it including database is that easy ...

You should contact the hosting company and file a DMCA demanding that they take down the infringing site.

Alexa rankings are unreliable. What do your own stats tell you about your traffic?

It appears they are serving up 3 sites including willdefend~ that look mirrored.
You could also contact the other 2 webmasters of the other 2 sites to inform them
of this situation if you can obtain contact info.

that looks like it may be the case. but, they have also the structure coppied, so not only rss feeds, but also pages and so, not sure if feeds also covers pages and widgets and everything?

also, they have other sites, like zaxbys-inc.com, which looks like copy of fetish69.com, and the only difference is in the backlinks out

I once used a sponsor who set my payout to a minimum although announcing 50% on their website, and I had an email where they said they would raise me to 60%.

Only answer I got from CCBILL was that it was sponsor's right to set whatever payout they like. Fuck CCBILL and fuck Dino from Spankbuxx where ever you hide you thief.

i am glad others catch this i have them in my own blacklist i first thought it was just me it would be good to have a separate thread for ccbill cheats who do this, cock suckers

Doesn't make sense. CCBill can be extremely helpful in situations like this. If you're a good merchant and have good sales its in their best interest to advise you on what you can do or even take action against the other website if they too happen to be using CCBill.

Well it's a few years ago now. Maybe things got better. I always did ok but wasn't able to explain to them I was being scammed although it was pretty obvious. I mean 0,01%? Lol. As mentioned I linked to their website and all. It even still shows 50% on the website www.spankbuxx.com but I don't know if it is still active or they are still robbing affiliates.

Dino and Spankbuxx stopped paying even before switching to CCbill. Stupid as I was I kept promoting them knowing I would get paid by CCbill, and in the hope I would still see the $3000 owed.
Only to wake up and notice I had been screwed twice.

I still promote several CCbill programs but have learned to double check info.
