Start your own site. Hosting is cheap. Use wordpress with a members script and find a processor to either take payments or maybe even keep Zombaio until you have a long enough payment history and client base to get the mastercard/visa fees waived.
I think Verotel was also offering no mc/visa fees if you process over 100 a week. Shouldn't be difficult for you. Unless they are one of the guys trying to move in on your shit.

I am looking for a payment processor that can offer what Zombaio does, only one that actually gives people their money on time. I refuse to deal with any payment processor that demands access to my video content and whose offer to match Zombaio's is only a temporary one, so unfortunately, Verotel is out.

A processor requires access to the material that you sell for compliance purposes. In that respect Verotel shouldn't be any different to any other processor. They have to protect themselves, getting caught processing for illegal content can be expensive.
I agree that their limited time offer is a bit of a joke though. That could have been pitched a lot better.Comment

You would be correct with regards to content. We have to see what the webmaster is selling. Otherwise people would abuse the system and sell content that is strictly forbidden by Visa/MC such as, rape, incest, etc.
With regards to our promotion, lets look at some of the pricing from the other competitors. We made a promo to attract everyone not just Zombaio. We also saw an opportunity to provide Z's customers with a chance to move and we wanted to minimize their out of pocket expenses. Other providers out there like us, do require the annual fee and we are willing to pay that on the webmaster's behalf.
Adult processing is high risk and with this, comes costs. Now I know not every webmaster out there is producing rape, incest, or scat, but there are some out there that are pushing the envelope with Visa/MC and this is where a lot of the risk/cost comes in. In fact, for many of our clients who are producing volume with minimal risks, their rates reflects this. Mathematically/financially it just doesn't work when you have to employ a risk management team to scrub content and to contact webmasters who are in violation.

With respect to our live video shows, as independent contractors (or are we now employees of the payment processor we use?), we are at complete liberty to use any platform we choose. If we perform an illegal act, is the payment processor charged for that crime? On that same note, performing shows on Skype is not illegal. Now, what if something needs to be reviewed by law enforcement? Can't a video archive of that session be subpoenaed from the Skype servers, if a dispute arises with regards to extreme cases, such as those mentioned in your examples, where there needs to be a review?
Please quote and point me to the URL on your site, Verotel.com, where the statement that you need to record our content (for "legal purposes") exists. I'm not convinced that every girl performing independent Skype shows without a recording of it, other than on Skype itself, which I am certain they have, is in violation of any law.Comment

Your content may be checked periodically after that but they only require a password to view it not to record or reuse it.
Everyone with a site that processes has to submit their content and often has their descriptions crawled to make sure you are in compliance.Comment

We don't "record" any users content, nor do we download an entire websites catalogue. We just need a way to view the content to verify that it conforms to Visa/MC standards. Most of our webmasters only receive a "spot check". Meaning we only test one or two videos at max. We have a risk management team that performs these checks. If Visa/MC were to find scat videos, we would be fined. Not the webmaster, but us as the processor. You are correct we have no way of verifying content on Skype or even webcams, but we do ask the webmaster to keep a log of such transactions. This is so we can at the very least, verify that the call or cam session took place.
3D Secure can be tricky with adult. Adult transactions are "typically" an impulse buy. Kind of like grabbing a candy bar on your way out of the supermarket. Adding in 3D Secure to an adult website requires your end-users to grab a cell phone and wait for an SMS code or they have to punch in a pin to complete the transaction. In a lot of cases this could cost more sales. This is why we partner with a company called Iovation: www.iovation.com. These guys keep track of fraud from not only adult, but also other types of ecommerce. So if someone is guilty in the past of what we refer to as "friendly fraud", we can generally identify them before the transaction takes place and can prevent the user from purchasing from one of our webmasters. Iovation has helped us tremendously in terms of fraud and chargebacks.Comment

I question the need for this,
How long after the user submits their card does the bank post the funds to them?
I can see no reason for the rates to change based on the settelment timeline as the fees at the bank level do not change nor does the timeline as to when the user pays for a product and funds are sent to Zombaio.
Unless their is a cash shortage, extending the settlement timelines only serves to extends the time they can make interest etc. on the cash float, it also allows them to pay "company A" with funds collected for "company B." Both I'd assume to not be sustainable in the long run..
As for the Rolling Reserve... A normal Rolling Reserve is 5-10% for 3-6 months to cover Credits and Charge Backs etc..Comment
