Dear Radim Cillik,

Thank you for contacting Online Support. We received your inquiry, but we regret to say the issue is unclear. Is it the renewal notification in advance of expiration?

We send out notices at 90, 60, 30, 15, and 5 days prior to the renewal date to ensure that customers are aware of upcoming renewal charges. These notices include information on how to cancel the domain name to avoid the charge.

If you no longer wish to receive notices you can manage these in your account settings.

Please let us know if we can help you in any other way.

Sincerely,

Changes to the settings of a domain take an average of 48 hours to become effective because of the number of networks involved, and because these networks are controlled by several different agencies. Additionally, it may take up to 48 hours for the old DNS information to expire and be removed from any servers that have stored (cached) information about your domain.

This applies to all domains with any Registrar, not just Us. Please allow for this update when planning web sites or configuring the DNS of a domain. Please contact us 48 hours from the requested change if the problem has not resolved itself and we will be happy to investigate the issue further.

As I value your feedback regarding my service, please take a moment to complete the short survey linked at the bottom of this email.
