I noticed they were stealing templates from TemplateMonster.com, just altering them a little and than selling them as their own!
JUST A LOOK AT THIS IMAGES CAN CONVINCE ANYONE OF THIS FACT!!!

I bought this theme with an extra whore on the header for no extra charge on http://hoodsmut.com... I kinda like XyJack's rip offs better.

Today (February 19, 2008) we disclosed that 2 of our WordPress templates was made very similar to another template vendor products.
First of all we want to thank Mr. Larry Mateusa who noticed that fact and reported it on GFY forum. The following actions were applied:
1. Templates #00003 and #00010 were removed from the store immediately.
2. The author of this templates (name not disclosed), who turned out to work at that template vendor (name not disclosed) was sidelined from production and legal affair was initiated.
3. Customers who purchased templates #00003 or #00010 can get the complete refund of exchange for any other template.
4. We are keeping investigation about the rest of templates but there seems to be no more matches.
Xyjak! Ltd. will appreciate any further help in raising product, services and support quality. If you think you have any questions of notices regarding this unpleasant issue please don’t hesitate to contact us.

I already purchased the theme well over a week ago before this was brought to anyone's attention. It's not like I'm trying to hife the fact the I purchased one of the themes, and I'm not going tp pull it now that i already have editted the theme myself again, and have it setup and in place. I doubt anyone else is going to be in a rush to pull the themes after they dropped $60 a piece down on them either. I was even going to go out of my way to buy the new review theme too up until I saw this whole debacle.
Anyhow, being as there's only like 3 people who know I've been working on that project I can only naturally assume you're a new fake nick of Xyjak's trying to develope and maintain interest in your work
or you're a certain douche who owes me some money pretty sure the other wouldn't waste their time trolling me with a fakenick, so i'll toss a coin and guess which one you are...
