Step 1: Signup at http://www.judporn.com/partners.php
Step 2: Wait for approval email. This is an email which will be sent after CCBill's automated email. We check signups several times a day so you should receive the approval email in a few hours.
Step 3: In approval email lists what partners need to do and what we need to provide you with. We just need to know a couple things to finish setting up your account.

I agree, it is about time to start to work together, and share the wealth. We stick together on this one the model will work. I've set up enough free tubes and learned enough that I won't ever set another free tube as the current model stands.

10K uniques and trying to squeeze $30/day is something I want no part of.

Think about 1K sponsors on board, many deep linking into their pages, we will be promoting, constant updates, etc.. Where are we going to sit in the SERPS??
