Final Words

There is still a lot of online debate about some liability might be found in some case. My opinion is a lot of people have agendas, but for now courts are holding there is no liability just for pointing to where an image or video exists.
It would be great to see the Courts say that hotlinked images and embedded videos are exempt from 2257 recordkeeping requirements.
