Make Bank from a Copyright Loophole

Top Internet Lawyer Finally Reveals the Secret "Copyright Loophole" to cash in on pictures and videos of naked woman and celebrities

This guide shows you how to legally navigate copyright law for pictures and video using a court approved "loophole".

Top Internet Attorney Brian Kindsvater has never before publicly disclosed this easy to follow step-by-step process. Not on the Warrior Forum. Not anywhere.

Until now this loophole has only been available to his private clients who pay at least $1000 to tap into his 20 years of legal experience finding profitable legal loopholes.

If you are not comfortable with or have ethical concerns about knowing how to work around copyright issues then this is not for you.

Look, I know no one wants to get sued even if they eventually win. It's too expensive. So here is what I have done ...

I have taken the meat from another product that one happy buyer said was worth at least $500 and added it for free. These are underground tips on how to avoid lawsuits.

Nothing is perfect, but companies are not typically going to sue if they don't know who you are or where you are.

I was just giving someone advice about this the other day. Marketers who already have this info, privately have this info, is a growing list of big names. Having special knowledge like this may be partly why they have big names.

Found this on a mainstream forum lmao Its not the whole artcile just some of it but you can buy all his secrets lmao

So i guess the guy wont mind me copying his article and not giving him at least a link back

From his webpage which i just paid for im still reading it atm lol

But how to capitalize on all that traffic without getting sued for copyright infringement?

The answer is surprisingly easy, and we will start by looking at an infamous nude picture studio and how Google gets away with showing millions of images on its website without paying a dime in liability.

Perfect 10 distributes nude photos and it sues anyone and everyone who copies their pictures.

Perfect 10 has filed so many lawsuits, that have accomplished so little, it is about to sue itself into backruptcy. It even sued Visa and Mastercard for providing credit card processing on sites its pictures were on. Yes, it lost.

Years ago Perfect 10 made $2 Million per year. Today, less than $150,000.

And what does it have to show for its years of lawsuits? Perfect 10's pictures are all over the net, Google has repeatedly pounded it in court, and instead of reaching into Google's deep pockets Perfect 10's litigation has given us an easy to follow roadmap to avoid copyright infringment liability!

                  Thank you Perfect 10!

Im sure he wont mind me sharing this as he dosent mind using other peoples work to make money

                    The short scoop:

To avoid copyright infringement what you do is:

                    1. In line link (aka hotlink aka embed aka use an iframe), and

                    2. Do this from the original source instead of an infringing website.

Pretty simple once you know the roadmap!

There is still a lot of online debate about some liability might be found in some case. My opinion is a lot of people have agendas, but for now courts are holding there is no liability just for pointing to where an image or video exists.

On the other hand, after several years of government investigation and numerous subpoenas the US government took action against megauploads. But that was an ultra rare situation.

                                  Loopholes

Actually there is no such thing as a "loophole" in American law. Everything is perfectly legal EXCEPT, what is specifically illegal by constitutional, federal, state or local law.

If a copyright or patent law says you have X number of years to claim or there are exceptions such as fair use, or other reasons. These are not "loopholes" if you use them after the X years or other fair use.

Idea of "loopholes" came from politicians who tried to be more hard criminals than the other guy. The Miranda ruling gave politicians an excuse to blame the Supreme Court for letting criminals off on "loopholes."

Those "loopholes" are our basic rights.

By the way, see NASA pics of MARS were victims of DMCA and yanked from YOUTUBE. Scripps claimed copyright
                                  http://motherboard.vice.com/2012/8/6...-dmca-takedown
You can't claim copyright of US documents, films or videos.

all they do is put up a 2257 page saying that none of the content is hosted on thier server and it is not produced by them and they can find that info on the websites who host the content.
