This issue meant that a small percentage of the users were sent F4F promo emails. In order for the user to not be attributed to you, they would have to purposely create a new account with new identity, with a new cc, a new address, AND get through our fraud department. It would be very difficult for our system to "steal" any customers and not pay you for them.
