IMO there's a difference between admitting a one-off fuckup and admitting that it's been fucked up for years. It's good they admitted it was fucked up and fixed it, but they still haven't addressed Failed's indication that it's been like this for years. A $250 Amazon card would be an awfully cheap way to try and bury this issue after they've gained lord knows how much from it.
