Ya know how well Robin Quivers did with that whole laxative/enema thing.

She sure changed herself altho now she is back to have put some of the weight back on. But she was on all veg and especially her green drinks and my God seriously, she looked like she was in her 30's for a while there.
But then she actually got a bit too drawn. You have to know where to stop (if I ever made it that far

) and she rebounded.
OK hope someone else got something out of this. We all sit at the 'puter all day and getting out and getting that walk is prob the hardest yet most beneficial for you.
Logicly I know it but doing it. Diet is important but if nothing else walking for muscle tone. Ya cant turn into a blob.
The hardest thing is the walk, at least in theory, once you are out there it is fine.. once you are home you are tired which sucks.. hehe but the hardest thing walking is the key. Isnt that how life always goes.
