Sure. You can make a lot of money selling used panties.
1. Go to the dollar store, pick up a bunch of their cheap underwear. Get a pack of ziplock baggies too. You won't need toilet paper anymore!
2. Instead of wiping with paper, use the panties! Bag them up immediately after you wipe, preserving the smell in the ziplock baggie.

This applies to both the USA and UK ...The goods cannot be shipped via Postal services and if you use a private company,the goods (its the law !!) have to be described " Bio Hazard" resulting in most couriers refusing to handle the items.

People have been charged Federally under this: 18 USC 1461 - Mailing obscene or crime-inciting matter.
It doesn't matter if you use the U.S. postal service, UPS, FedEx, DHL or on the back of a fucking donkey. As soon as you ship something across state lines it's a Federal offense, no matter what service you use.
I always scratch my head at why people think if you're using the U.S. postal service its a federal offense, but if you use a private company like FedEx, it's not
