CSN not paying, not responding anymore... hmmm

Well, one of the last AVSs that I had been affiliated with since 2001 are acting as if they are going the way of the dodo, somebody shout out if I am wrong.

My regular webmaster login as suddenly stopped working. Last two checks are MIA. Emails to support for 2 weeks go completely ignored. Finally phoned them up and talked to "webmaster support" and politely asked if they have any information. The "support" guy replies (as if reading from a script), "I have no information to give you." When I asked why his phone hung up on me.

Anyone else out there still using CSN? Too bad. They were my first, my last and the most stable for nearly 10 years. I just can't get over how a "support" person's response to a question is a hang up... really?

CyberAge Dave changed his handle to Semi-Retired Dave, seemed to stop paying affiliates, and now seems to have disappeared.

You were warned about this long ago last year and knew they were not paying people. I don't see why you are surprised.

Last year they actually finally stepped up to the plate and made everything right, at least with me. Now, about a year later it's happening again, but the stone wall seems more impenetrable this time in getting information. I'm not complaining, I know everything eventually comes to an end, just more curious if this is indeed that end.

Yup CSN, UGAS, and just recently for me Cyberage have died. My sites are still in their lists but I'm not able to sufn in and tritech isn't responding to emails.

I don't care I haven't built for or promoted an AVS in ages but I'm sure this effects others a lot more.

He did have a huge melt down, mentioned something about having a following out with his partner, then come to find out it sounded like he was just an employee who was running everything and got kicked out by the owner. But who knows, I hope he is doing better. He seemed like a nice guy. If he has been removed from the company for over a year then my beef would be with the owner.
