I'll have to build up a kitty of $5K - $10K, only small sites will be eligible for $35 PPS to start.
So say XTube.com becomes a CamAffiliate and makes $100K in revenue a month.
This boots my Revshare up towards 40%.
I'd pay XTube.com 35% Revshare as S/M pays me, pocketing 5%.
Smaller sites would get 20% Revshare plus I pay them $35 upfront for each sale, from the kitty, which will be reimbursed eventually with my 20% cut.
With S/M 40% payout to large White Labels you can do a lot!Comment

You seem somewhat confused, there is no backing up. Graham would simply payout from the 30-35% revshare he'd be receiving from streamate. The ability is there once you understand the power of revshare in mass. Sure he'd most likely have to an initial loss to make it work, but the 10% difference in revshare on a large volume of spenders more than makes up for the $35 additional pps.
Right now streamate pays its affiliates $40 simply for the surfer entering their cc info into a free signup, even if the surfer never makes a purchase. They make take a loss on certain bunches of signups, but they know that just a few whales can offset all of that.
There are many adult programs who run their cam affiliate program via their streamate white label. Most just stick to the traditional revshare payout, making it less than what streamate pays them and profit the difference.
