      looks pretty good

      im training with an old bodybuilder (now a dad) and has me doing some crazy workouts, but basically all body and I feel it more than when I do isolated workouts (back & bi's or chest & tri's, etc.)

                    As I said in another thread....keeping it simple like this workout is the best. You'll get the same results, or better than doing all of that isolation crap.

                      i have no idea what i could push on a leg press these days, i do just those 2 main exercises and throw in a set of ab work on a couple of the days.

                      i bet u can move some 45lb plates though eh! i'll guess 550.

                            I don't need any size gain, I already have quadzillas. It does work for toning though and calves.

                                Hey Bro, my work outs have been going good too. I havent really ratcheted up the bulk building yet, still dropping the weight but have lost 15 pounds in the last month. About to start cranking the muscle building.
