| You say you are working out 1 - 1.5 hours a day every day?  What a mistake, and a waste of time.  
 Working out everyday is so old school and FAR from intelligent. Full body weight workouts, 3 times a week, for a total of 90 minutes is all that's needed to optimally build muscle and lose fat.
 
 And btw restricting your fat intake will do nothing to help you lose weight.
