You have a very good point. Pungent but nonetheless the truth--there's a chilling effect on the advertisers. But it does raise a question: what would be a good alternative solution to airing/resolving grievances? Is there an opportunity for a business forum like GFY with such an alternative exchange?
Maybe there should be a tightly moderated subforum that acts like a public "service ticket" for complaints but the sponsor can answer point for point and people can't keep repeating the same complaint over and over. This would prevent a herd/lynch mob mentality while (hopefully) resolving the matter in a calm, collected, mature way. What do you guys think?
