        Use proper tiles and be done with it... or is that too much weight for your paper houses?

                                That's because 90% of the people that worked for me before were friends (we live in a small town and it's hard to find people). I paid for cars, vacations, trade shows, health benefits, RRSP's, company retreats, lunches, dinners and many other things for my employees. The people that worked for me were paid WELL and I'm sure no one could ever bitch at how much they made. My salesguys made over 100k a year up to the time they left... However none of that matters in the end because they are out of a job and you're the asshole.

                                If it wasn't for all the changes in the company last year and getting rid of all the dead weight our company would have never made it. Now we are back on top and making more money than ever...

                                In the end never hire friends or family, it never works out...

                                            So firing a couple of "over paid" employees saved your company? Who knew cutting back on some salaries was the make or breaking point for your business.                                                     Those guys were a complete and utter fucking DISASTER and we didn't realize how much money they were costing us until they were gone. Tens of thousands of dollars a month in loss revenue directly because of those morons. Cam and I took the company apart and built this business back up from the ground up... Now we are kicking fucking ass again and sales are higher than they ever have been.

                                                    Submitpasses was a dead business and there is little to no money left to be made in that so your buddies from Rebel-ads are more than welcome to pick up my scraps and live off the perhaps $1000 a month in profit it generates.

                                                            I have no horse in this race, but I can definitely attest to the serious lack of customer service during the transition period that ultimately led me to giving up on SubmitPasses. To his credit, Mark did send me a refund. But it was nevertheless an experience in frustration and am more than happy with my experiences with Rebel Ads thus far.

                                                            Best of luck to both companies -- sometimes these partings are for the best.

                                                                            I think Mark is having a melt down at the PC. He should step away and let this drop but we know that wont happen.

Then the founders of the company got back and involved and turned around the ship. There is no arguing here in the slightest we were hurting but we put our noses to the grind, cut costs and got back to profitability.
