Technically I suppose it's legal, though the word porn itself derives from illustration of prostitution. In practice imo they're quite close to same thing.
Still I'm quite sceptical with all this "reality" based porn and their need to "prove" how real they are(funny vid btw), though I'm sure some of it is real there's lot of fake "reality" too just because it sells.
