thats BS, it was not a missile. Rather, I am an expert in submarine firework explosives and that was in deed a firework being shot out of a submarine.
I can tell by the smoke trail, it was made in Taiwan. The intention of the firework was to shoot off into space and give a free show to incoming aliens with a message that would read "dont destroy China, we make great kung pow chicken!"
