Im not trying to troll you or fight with you, but i think you missed the point of this thread.
ADG made references, through his experiences working with that particular girl, that the girl may have been under the age of 18 when the content on your site was shot.
If her being under age is in fact true, you could be jailed for position and distribution of child porn. Nothing you can say would keep you from being fined or jailed if not both from happening if the authorities checked your site out.
ADG did not make any claim that you stole any content from any studio. He gave you a courteous heads up to your potential problem if you chose not to remove that particular scene.
This post is just an FYI. And hopefully this post helps you identify potential problems with some ex-girlfrind type sites. 2257 contracts are a must!!!
