    Who here owns a shake weight?

    I don't get it.

    Why would that work? Is it possible to look cool while doing? After a few months of shaking it, would you jack off any better? Maybe fleshlight should sell them with their toys.

    I think it's even funnier that Walmart sells a shake weight with sand in it as you walk by their register. Looking to fool people that have seen the shake weight commercials.

                                                  Well I am a gym rat and I would imagine that it would work pretty well on forearm strength and muscle contraction speed. If you stand with your fists infront of you and squeeze flex, pretty much your arms,shoulders, and chest contract. Part of building some decent muscle is quick twitch fibers..they account for explosiveness.

                                                  So yeah if you used it enough, you would tone up the muscle inside, but unless you have decent body fat percentage, not like you are going to be ripped. However not bad if you want to choke a young fucker with one hand.

                                                  Honestly, all I can think about when I watch it being used...is the lactic acid burn that mother fucker must create in your forearm.

                                                          my friend has one and I made fun of her for it until I tried it. It really does give you a workout, and the 5 or 8 minutes I did was actually pretty difficult to finish.

                                                              I'll admit that I bought one to. It's a 6 min workout and gets very tough to do the whole time. I of course haven't touched the thing in a while but you can feel it burning in your muscles and I bet in the end if you use it enough would work.
