The limit on the Paxum card is $2,500 USD daily withdrawal, with a maximum balance of $10,000 USD. The Paxum card, whether a personal or business account, has the same limits.
What I believe you're referring to are the current account (ewallet) limits themselves. For personal users the withdrawal limit (daily) is $10,000 USD. For business users the withdrawal limit (daily) is $100,000 USD.

Yes, you can use your Paxum card anywhere Mastercard is accepted. It's connected to the billing address you provided in your account. So that would be the address to use.
