              Hey just looked at your site: http://gloryholeprincess.com/ Here is some free suggestions....

              I clicked on the "peeps" door. The must be 18 to enter text. On the "open 24 hours" text, the "XXX" the building, the name on top, and nothing was clickable. I wouldn't put the enter button way at the bottom of the page. I would also make all of those other things i mentioned clickable. You don't want to make it hard for people who hit your site to try to figure out how to get into it. Even the Exit button, which was very low, was higher then the enter button. I honestly spent 10+ seconds trying to figure out how to enter and most surfers aren't going to g ive you that much time.

              This page is very very hard to read: http://gloryholeprincess.com/bio.html Also making the text part of the image doesn't help with SEO.

                              The site was designed not to look like everyone else's site. Amateur and sleazy is the look for which I was going. 94% of the members seem to enjoy it.

                                      Couple things to think about. If you really could force people to read all of that you would have 1 out of a 100 read it all, if that. Putting the enter link under the terms doesn't insure that they will ready it anyway, it just makes it harder to find the enter button. 95% of the people who hit a disclaimer / enter page don't look or read anything, they go right to the enter button. You never want to inhibit people from entering your site. I would have the enter button / link somewhere smack in their face so they can't miss it.

                                                      Why use warning pages?

                                                      When I was 16 I still clicked enter.

                                                      Use RTA or similar labels that block the site on computers where parents actually give two shits about parenting. That is more responsible than a page that essentially says "click enter to see lots of porn!"

                                                      Labeling goes a lot further than just warning. Do the right thing.

                                                          You can have a warning page if you want, just make sure if you do the enter button is big, right on top or in the middle where they don't have to scroll to see it or can't miss it. I can' tell you how many sites I've come across where its hard to find or its confusing and I click the exit button by mistake.

                                                              It looks like you definitely have good content which explains the high retention rates, but you really need a re-design. If your join ratio is good now, it's practically a guarantee that it would be better with a better (not necessarily flashy--amateur is good!) design.

                                                                  I have another question, the site is about gloryholes right? I clicked through the preview page and free pics and i think i found one picture out of several that was a gloryhole picture. I would put more samples out of what the site is about. Unless its not about gloryholes but in that case the name would be a little confusing.

                                                                  No offense on the design, but did you make it. It looks like one the first sites I made back in the late 90s. Designers are really cheap these days you could get a nice logo and the site redone for probably $200 bucks. An amateur look is good, but I would redo the design.

                                                                                                                                                                                      Everyone keeps mentioning the design but on real amateur sites I converted better with stuff like this. Looks like a site the girl made, 1:20 raw is fun.

I did great with sites designed like this back in 99/00 etc. when I was doing the design myself. Amateur still works great, but it needs to look amateur 2010 not amateur 1998.

My best converting pages were geocities, ugly banners and all.

                                                                                                                                                                                                  Also crapy, amateur pages promoting a solo cam girl as an affiliate is just slightly different than an amateur look for an amateur adult membership site. We are not really disagreeing, I am a big believer in making a site look amateur, but she would do better with something a little better than what she has now.

                                                                                                                                                                                                      I agree... people love amatuer sites but at least designed properly. This is the year 2010. We have our own designer... our sites may not be reality kings but the content is professional & the design is not my own, its put together by a designer not geocities

                                                                                                                                                                                                      Will is right that gloryholeprincess needs to either redesign or promote other sites aswell as its own. Making money from both
