Thankfully, I have not had any in over a year, but in the past have been in the office about 20 times when they were told. Their reaction is almost always the same, which is serious but quiet, listening to everything the doctor says. Only a couple of them fell apart. However, ALL of them continue to work as prostitutes afterwards.
