Should agencies also police the female talent as well? As most of the agencies female talent does private's and uncovered to boot (joe you know what I mean you the master of the $300 private) if you don't believe it check it out for yourself.

FYI: Any public disclosure violates Health and Safety Code sections 121025(e) and 120980, both of which impose criminal (a misdemeanor) and civil penalties. The civil penalties are between 5 and 10k, and the defendant is also liable for all actual damages to the person disclosed, including economic, bodily or psychological harm. He is also liable for invasion of privacy, and public disclosure of private facts, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The criminal penalties go up to 25k and a year in jail.Comment

Over here, we don't have AIM or anything like them so I actually have to take them to the hospital myself. I'm also in the room when the doctors tell them when they have HIV. The first 5 or 6 times was heavy, but it doesn't really bother me anymore. I go in the room with them to make sure the model doesn't pay off the doctor for a clean test result should they be sick. That sort of thing (doctor pay off) happens here.
The worst part is, considering they are all hookers, is seeing someone you know who just tested HIV+ walking around with a customer a few days later. You want to say something to him, but it's not your place, and in truth, he is a grown man who knows the risks. So... I mind my own business.Comment

Rate of infection is about 60/40.
There are A LOT more than 4% MSM in the US. Try 15% or more.
But that doesn't even matter because at the end of the day, just about half of the people getting HIV are heterosexual, which proves that straight people need to use condoms, especially in the sex industry. Straight, gay, bi, black, Hispanic, Asian, it doesn't matter.Comment

NO ONE knows what anyone does in their private life and their is no controlling or regulating that. You can pick up a girl from a bar and contract something. A girl can have no idea she had a boyfriend that was a switch hitter. A house wife can have no idea her husband is seeing a hooker while he is suppose to be at the gym. Everything everywhere is a risk. This is simply about risk management and while it maybe silly, i think everyone is doing their best.

know a dude with hiv for 15+yrs now, he is healthy as fuck, exercises, eats healthy.. never gets sick.. get doc checkups constantly, and doesnt take hiv meds..
magic johnson is not the only person who is alive with HIV.. actually AIDS is not even a top 10 leading cause of death in the USA.. Try cancer, accidents, etc..
AIDS kills people in africa because in addition to the hiv, healthcare is poor, nutrition, hygiene, etc, all lacking.
what HIV does is lower ur immune system..the guy i know just monitors his and tracks his body daily.. when u eat 100% healthy, eliminate stress, and take some immune supplements, you can survive with hiv for a long ass time
