Over here, we don't have AIM or anything like them so I actually have to take them to the hospital myself. I'm also in the room when the doctors tell them when they have HIV. The first 5 or 6 times was
heavy, but it doesn't really bother me anymore. I go in the room with them to make sure the model doesn't pay off the doctor for a clean test result should they be sick. That sort of thing (doctor pay off) happens here.
The worst part is, considering they are all hookers, is seeing someone you know who just tested HIV+ walking around with a customer a few days later. You want to say something to him, but it's not your place, and in truth, he is a grown man who knows the risks. So... I mind my own business.
