Irony about Epass wallet situation...

It was championed by MO early after the VV funds/cards were frozen that they had been telling people to keep money in their Wallet instead of their VV. Now it's looking like that was nefarious "advice" after all...no offense to him as he was likely mallicked into telling people that. Go figure.

I do HOPE everyone gets all the money they're entitled to, but this just really isn't looking good. IMO, when it was apparent that Epassporte dissolved the biz, the writing was on the wall.

I re-directed everything to wallet after this started...and then got paid within 2 days after I requested my wallet money(close to end of september). I guess I was one of the lucky ones...but it doesn't sound like a scam to me yet, since many people were paid. And it still is too soon to tell that the others won't be.

how long does it take to send a wire ???

If everyone isn't paid, it will be a scam. Even if his intentions weren't bad from the start, at some point he is going to run out of money repaying people then and it is "oh well" for the ones that are left. Everyone not paid = scam. How long does it take to send a wire. If they wanted to, everyone could have been sent their money by now. He ran out of money to pay people or decided not keep what was left.

Wait, you're saying you requested and received a wire for your wallet funds at the END of September? Even though dozens of us have approved wires from as early as Sept 3?

I mean no disrespect to you as I'm happy for you that you got your money, but how does that work? You must've had a really large amount in there that Mallick knew he had to pay back asap, or what?

Yeah I got mallicked as well. I had a lot of money go into my wallet right before they decided to shut off ACH without notice.

Yes and I didn't have much there either...close to $2k. I emailed the documents to Larry, they were approved and the wire was very quick received. No clue why some people got paid so fast and some waited for a month and received nothing.

I'm not on the epass side here, as I hate what they did, especially the lying as they surely know whats up and what the real reasons for this are, but I think they had tens of thousands of accounts...maybe even much more. And when I imagine 1-2 guys sending wires manually for all these accounts...well, I wouldn't want to do the job.

That's really surprising. Were you and Larry BFF or something? It's so strange that you got paid so quickly when the rest of us with a lot more money there haven't heard a peep.

I emailed Michael first, he was forwarding the documents to Larry, Larry then told me that something is missing, so I sent it and got a fast reply from him that everything looks good and I was approved. No clue if they have some intern account rating, but mine was one of the oldest, I think I was with them since the early start.
