    is it possible to get the card number from payoneer before I get the card?
    I need to register some programs asap before payday in a few days.

    And just to register a program to pay me, I need the card number, the username and the password to my account.

    It is the 3rd time I ask in this thread.

                            Sorry for the delayed response. For compliance and security reasons we can not tell you the card number over the phone or by email. You will have to wait to get the physical card. I know that it can seem like a while and I know alot of you are in a bind these days but once you do get your card everything is immediate when it comes to linking accounts and receiving payments.

                                            I am going to correct myself again here, while I said shipping takes up to 25 business days it does depend on the reliability of the mailing system of receiving country. You do have the option to pay for express shipping via DHL, just give our customer support a call and they can take care of that for you.

                                            As for shelf life of a card -
                                            As long as a card is being used regularly and loaded within 6 months your card will be good for at least 2 years. However, if your card goes without a balance for more then 6 months we do have to close them due to inactivity for complaince purposes.

There is no cut off or limits. Once you spend down the money on the card the money will move from the account to the card automatically.
