I know what happened here!
In April/2010 Payoneer changed the bank or something like that. All active cards were replaced with a new one issued by Choice Bank LTD.
I had 2 cards at this time. 1 from FriendFinder, 1 from AWE.
The AWE card was active, the FriendFinder expired.
They only reissued the AWE Card because it was active. The friendfinder card was never used, so they didnt reissue it and blocked the main account.
I think it is what happen here!
