    Chris Mallick, Epassporte, Michael 'O'

    We have officially requested a wire today 09-03-2010 to receive back the funds that we had just wired into Epassporte on 08-30-2010 which went into our WALLET.

    So let's see if everything is really ok other than the Visa portion and see if we will receive our funds back.

    I'll be waiting and will update this thread when we receive them

      I heard some people on this forum and other forums saying money they had in their wallet mysteriously got transferred into the Visa without them knowing.

VISA isn't a bank, they don't have your funds. if it's the third world bank that shut them down - sayonara to all money and you can choose to suspect Mallick or not based on how this plays out.

                                                                                      What time did you request it? Did you send in the wire request form?
                                                                                      If the money have not left your account yet the it will not be sent until Tuesday and then you should allow 2 business days to receive it, so most likely be in your bank Thursday.

I have never used the Visa, we receive payments daily which direct into our wallet. On a daily basis we request all funds out by ACH (not wire) so if there is any other banking problem, that will be clear to me on Tuesday or latest Wednesday.

I honestly can't remember if payments go directly into your wallet or into your Visa first, because I always just transfer funds into my bank account...

                                                                                                                                                              Bear in mind epassporte will have been swamped with wire requests since this happened anyway, and the timing doesn't help with the weekend and bank holiday on Monday so realistically even without the present problem and volume of requests they have to process, people wouldn't be getting wires ordered Friday credited to their destination bank till probably Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday anyway.

Yesterday I transferred in my Wallet & now I see it back in my Virtual Visa and I cant no longer transfer it into wallet.
