that doesn't seem right... Not saying it is incorrect as I don't know for sure but would be surprised if that was the case. You can sell used clothes why not panties / underwear.

Now I know ebay banned it about 10 years ago.

Yes, it is illegal to send them thru the US Mail or similar (example: Fed Ex), they are considered biohazardous. It would be the Feds who would prosecute. I can't post links since I'm a noob, but if you google: ... Clemson student busted for selling used panties ... you will get results like this:

I've got some girls interested in selling panties and so on. I knew that it was illegal to send used clothing through the US Mail, but I thought you could use FedEx or UPS. Is there any other way to ship? Some of the girls live in other countries such as Germany, Spain and others.

This. Anything sold as stained with bodily fluids is biohazardous material. I knew a girl who was trying to get around it by concocting "fake" stains using clam juice and powdered sugar, lol. She didn't make a ton doing it, some weeks she would sell as many as 3 or 4 pairs of panties but most weeks were dry. I didn't think the risk outweighed the benefit, sell a few pairs of panties a month for $45 a pop won't balance out to legal fees to defend yourself.
