I don't know the full story, but if on March 17th he has 107 CB for February, there's no surprise he didn't mentioned them before since that's more or less the time it will take for people to get their CC statements, and if by mid of next month he has 43% CB ratio on your sales, I wouldn't be surprised if he gets a 100% CB ratio by end of month. Either way, your "sales" sounds fishy as hell by your own story, I wouldn't like to know how will it sounds from the program's side.

btw, I don't know if you're the same or another person, but I remember reading this same story with another sponsor and the one posting used the same methods, language and such. Of course he wasn't paid and the sponsor demonstrated that guy was a scammer. Not saying it was you, but you sound exactly like him and the story was exactly the same....
