If he uploaded a lot of videos and accounts in the gold period - couple years back - then it is possible to make those kind of stats even nowadays, without uploading too many new videos. Established accounts and videos- even with semi adult content- do not get banned after several years. I, myself, have a couple of similar gold mines. 150k per month straight from youtube is however a big accomplishment, that's why i am curious about his conversion rate. At 30$ per sign up - conservative for any adult program- that would require about 5,000 sign ups. A ratio of 1:1000 --> 5 mil uniques from youtube per month. I do not think someone can pull those numbers of youtube nowadays only with semi adult content.

There are plenty of noobs on youtube that just discovered the internet, you can sell to those before they are corrupted by the free porn hysteria.

You are absolutely right. I don't question what he has been able to do in the past, or what continues to come in from existing clips. Selling 'spots' will work. The part I have a problem buying in to is him wanting to charge to show you how to do it.
In my experience, the clear indicator that a method is played out and no longer viable is when the eBooks and 'how to' guides start showing up. All the eBook shit out there that people peddle for anywhere from $4.95 to $495 is selling a dream based on reality that is years out of date.

The funny thing is that i got out of prison 5-years and 3 months ago. I had never even sent an email or been on the Internet when I got out. I worked hard and I hung on the belt loop of anyone who could teach me anything. I was humble and I was hungry. I expect others to have the same drive, the same ambition, the same humility. They rarely do. Most are eager to prove how much they know rather than fighting to learn more than they already do. It's funny because I knew less about the online industry than anyone when I got out of prison. Now I have a life that others dream of. And I am still humble, still anxious to learn. If someone has something to teach me about driving traffic, let me know. Teach me something scalable and I will start another corporation and have my team drive traffic through accounts started through your ref links. When someone hungry and ambitious does come to me, I expect you to do the same.

Recent stats don't matter. If the videos have been around for 2 years, those same videos from 2007 are still driving the same amount of traffic as they did in '07, perhaps a bit less - but assuming that he's been consistently uploading more videos since '07 he doesn't need to show new stats... just my 2 cents.

you tube has sick traffic still, but the methods like posting a video with a website name on it does not work as well as even a year ago. Many people spamming a video teaser with a water mark hoping people will go visit that website to see more content. Except people would use a sponsors content and send a visitor to a website that had something totally different on it. youtube is not new anymore...and people are hip to this type of false advertising.
