Right... so... for millions of years since the volcanos formed land and superpoluted the whole planet - no-one burned fosil fuels until the last 100 years and now EVERYONE who drove a car did and that has zero cause and effect? I live on top of a hill overlooking the city and I watch the smog grow throughout the day - am I imagining this? 365 days a year X 100 years = zero effect from smog? In every city, town, state, and country in the world? Zero? Now who is being naive?
