Is this seriously the "never before done idea" that he was champing up? This has been fucking done before. What fucking rock have all you guys been hiding under that have been saying "this has never been done before"?

I gotta go try and remember what it was called and try to dig it up now, but I know for a fact that a content shooter that I've spoke to from this very forum had an identical product out oh, about 2 years ago. I was actually getting to the point where I believed Sleazy was onto something unique with all you people's yapping. I was actually halfways expecting some sort of sleazy fnatasy story/video /pic mixture that tied the two into one ongoign fantasy building scenario the way everyone was going on about "something sleazy knows and does well" and whatnot...

Not taking away from the idea any, I'm sure it will convert for Sleazy, and I do give him props for going a different route than MOST here would, but a one of a kind, this certainly is not. For fuck sakes...

I looked at the site again and if you don't mind a few suggestions.
I'd suggest you try some old mainstream tricks with news letters.
Put two or three tips in an ebook. Get an opt in mailer program(phplist works well) then send them a new lesson everyday for three days. On the forth day send them a splash to join for more, offer them a special price for 48hrs.
A few tips if you decide to do this.
Make sure your CCBill cookie is at least 6 days+ old or you're fucking your affiliates.
Make sure you use a script that is attached to each opt in user. Set the expiry of the link to 6 days
If you'd like some help or more details hit me up on ICQ I've done a few things like this before it's not overly hard to setup and quite effective.


Also I'd consider becoming an amazon affiliate and upsell in the members area to the book "The Game" Your site and this book have alot in common. ;)

I will give it to you, it is admittedly mostly a text based deal though. I guess doing the exact same thign with video instead, is a little different. I know I've seen similiar setups more video focused on Clickbank.

I'll give it to you one more time though Sleazy, you sure can hype a product, and havign doen it in video and gathered the backing of so many bigger adult webmasters already, you'll probably do well with it for yourself. Your success here will be in your Pr and promotion, not a "unique" idea.

This is an excellent listbuilding method that works. It was basically the entire premise to Robert Allen's "Multiple Streams of Online Income" book. Look into it Sleazy. And don't neglect heading over to some mainstream forums and giving yourself some promotion. This is a great crossover niche you're in...

A lot of people come up with the same ideas too. If 4 people had the same exect idea, 2 would never even try to do anything with it, 1 would try but not finish it or market it, and 1 might actually get it all put together and launch it.

I didn't read thru all of the pages but I do hope there was some flat out honesty. The site is designed like a train wreck. It's bad enough that most of the women aren't worth the effort to stick around, but the flow of the site and pure design is horrendous. Plus I don't care what most of the ignorant clowns say, spelling mistakes are unprofessional and portray your product as being the same. I'm hoping someone pointed it out because I am not going to waste my time reading thru everything, but it is spelled copyright!

hm im not sure i agree, maybe a few years ago, i think that now the users want to have some design, they can see if the pics look homemade , but im talking about my country now, not US.

I dont mean it needs alot of design, my favourite designer charges me like 300 for a whole site, and then it looks good. I just give him my mockup and then he fixes it for me. Im no designer , i work traffic, cant do it all!

well i can comment on design esp since i don't understand the language.

basically all but one are identical - just different colors... pretty much the same layout. I tried everything NOT to have that layout. I know a lot of people think this is the only layout - i don't believe surfers think like that. I personally hate that layout cause EVERYONE and his dog uses it. the text is WAY too small and font is too simple...

After days, you haven't incorporated most of the suggested positive changes, but have instead engaged in non-stop nonsensical debates with Choker and others.

Even if this turns out to be a completely fabricated marketing ruse (and I doubt that you are smart or capable enough of pulling off such a thing by yourself), you irregardlessly still have made yourself out to be a rather stupid and ungracious, not to mention, despicable person.

While I once felt empathy for your nightclub failure, among your other recent failures (the land deal with J-Man, etc), I now understand why it was inevitable.

the designs are not original but they are clean and the point is easily shown. Ok not on the nakenprat site (thats a free site and showing as many ads as possible), but on the paysites.

On http://www.yessignals.com you sell professional advice about how to pick up women, then i think the site need to look more professional also, and getting a designer to improve what you made yourself, by making a better logo, and generally lift it up one notch, would help.

I don't think there's anything wrong with the layout of the site, but I do think it could use a little cleaning up. The amateur style design works in many cases, but I'm not so sure it will in this case. It's just my gut feeling.

In either event, take the professional route and have another design done for you, get someone to do some nice clean graphics and split test the two (or more) options to figure out for yourself exactly what converts better. Don't just let it sit as is without trying some different things out. Let the numbers be the deciding factor. Not people on the forum's opinions (nor your own for that matter)...

I'm not completely convinced you're selling the customers on the product as well as you could be either. Again, that's just my opinion. Might be worth talking to a good copy writer. Split test different sales copies too, and see what performs best. It may be a slow start, but you'll find what works best with a little time and in the long run it will pay off putting this little bit of research into play...

you're absolutely right about the testing... but even though the site looks small, there are hundreds of pages on this site in the free section. it deceiving...I'm actually getting some great comments on fixing up a few things within my budget....

I didn't read most of this thread, but I did give the site a good look and here are my thoughts:

1. I was a little confused about what you were selling. Is it advice or porn or both? It looks like both, but to me the tour is a little unclear. I took it to mean the tour was mostly just a new slant on a porn site. If you are selling advice maybe you need to make it a little more clear.

2. I think your movies are way too long. Why join when I get 17 movies that are all about 15 minutes long?

To me they could server 2 purposes. First, if this is what I get inside, there I don't really see advice. I talk to women all the time to touch their hair or touch my arm or cross their legs, but they aren't giving me head 2 minutes later. So if you are selling advice, the movies send a little bit of a mixed signal. Second, There is plenty of hardcore action here, I could just jerk it to these movies and move on. So I would really need to be sold on what else the site is going to give me if I were to join it.

Maybe you could edit the movies to show off the signals, then cut to the a few seconds of the action and say something like, "We teach you how to properly read and act on the yes signals so that you can turn a conversation into action." or something like that. As it sits, why would I need to read the signals? It looks like I just show up and the girl will give me head Now if the site can teach me to make that happen, I'm joining right now!

Anyway, just my observations.

That's good and all, but only good if you get their eyes that far. I'd consider losing the splash page, and getting a little more text on the index. As cliche as it is, the whole "testimonial" thing works, might want to look into slapping some bs testimonials from "successfully made pua's" on there too. Regardless of how much content there is deep inside the site, it appears a little thin...

just a couple suggestions you might want to look give some consideration.it's your baby though, so ultimately it's your call...

those are good suggestions with the movies on the editing....my purpose is to get them posted though and I'm under the impression tubes want movies as close to a real porn movie as possible - thus the length and such... i will be growing with sales pitches in them though.

But say on the main page, just a paragraph or two that immediately explains to the surfer what you're delivering and why they absolutely need to get in on this information NOW would do some good.

Until I took a second closer look. Just a little bit of text would have cleared that up.

Design, coding, content, spelling and fucking literally every and anything else needed to make a website. How can you work in porn for this long and not fucking realize this?
